Delivery
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays or Sundays, OR holidays. You will receive an email with shipping information when your order has shipped.

Please Note: Federal regulations prohibit the shipment of solvent based products by air. Due to the content of our products containing solvents, we are unable to ship via air. These items are shipped by UPS Ground only within the 48 connected United States. We cannot offer express 2 day or 3 day delivery on these products, nor can we ship outside of the 48 connected United States.

In addition, we WILL NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. If you select a P.O. Box for delivery, your order will be held until you contact Guardian Cen-Cal with a physical address. We will make every attempt possible to contact you regarding a valid delivery address.

Shipping Options*
Our standard shipping method is via UPS ground service. Ground service will take 1 to 7 business days to reach you, depending on your location. The shipping cost depends on the total of the order, which will be calculated for you during checkout. 48 State Business Ground Shipping rates are as follows:

• $.01 - $26.00 .............$7.79
• $26.01 - $50.00 ...........$8.86
• $50.01 - $100.00 .......$10.00
• $100.01-$300.00 .......$16.50
• $300.01 & above …..6% of invoice

Packages sent out for delivery via UPS are generally left at the desired location assuming that the location is safe. If UPS feels the location is unsafe to leave the package unattended they will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver the package. Shipments that are undeliverable will be returned by UPS to Guardian Cen-Cal. Once the merchandise is returned, it is Guardian Cen-Cal's policy to refund the order less shipping and handling fees.

Attention International Customers:
Guardian Cen-Cal cannot ship products outside the Continental United States. Orders placed for international shipment will be credited less a processing fee. These fees are strictly to cover costs for credit card transactions and gateway charges that we incur. Multiple Shipments
Shipments to more than one (1) address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such. Order Status and Tracking
If you've provided a valid email address when you order you will receive two emails:

• The first email will confirm your order
• The second email will confirm your shipment

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items
While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to cancel the order.

General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Guardian Cen-Cal within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping and handling. We ONLY accept returns via UPS. Items that you ship by any other carrier other than UPS will be returned back to you as undeliverable. If any of the items are opened and have been used, they are not eligible for return. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If the item is not returned in the original condition it was received, it is also NOT eligible for return. If the return is a result of our error, Guardian Cen-Cal will pay for the return shipping cost. We will issue a call tag to pick up the item to be picked up. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact Guardian Cen-Cal to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location.
